Prediction: Claire can anticipate an enemy's movements, or significant future events (on occasion), and thus move to prevent or avoid them with much lesser reaction times.
Spellcasting: Claire has access to a variety of spells, similar to those found in most novels involving witches and wizards, for a very basic guide you can think of Harry Potter, or you can go further back - this means curses, elemental manipulation, and yes, she has a broomstick.

Weakness: Human frailty, essentially powerless without her wand.

History and reason you are in RolePlay City: After the 'birth' of Glint and her flight from his presence, Claire at first sought refuge in an orphanage, where she fitted in nicely for a few years, until she began to gather the courage to face her brother once more. In order to do this without fearing for herself, though, Claire decided to seek out one of the famed magician heroes of Roleplay City, and train under them. This she did for several more years, until she became so enthralled with the magic and the feeling of joy she got from helping the citizens, she all but forgot about her troublesome brother, and decided to become a hero in her own right.

Within the Multiverse, Claire's past is somewhat irrelevant, and her aspirations as a hero somewhat unnecessary in a city where each person is their own ruler, and most could probably kill her. As such, she spends her time just generally... hanging.

Claire Voyance pushed open the door of the bar somewhat hesitantly, slipping in quietly and closing the door behind herself. She smiled faintly as the warmth of the bar washed over her, pleasant contrast to the biting cold outside, and paced over to the counter.

"A glass of the house white, please." she said, inclining her head to the bartender.

Claire Voyance took the drink with a smile, and took a seat at the counter near to a number of other patrons who were conversing there. Choosing not to attempt conversation, Claire instead took out a book and began to read, turning the pages idly with magic. Because she was feeling lazy.

A rustling of pages to the side of the bar broke the eclipsing silence like a crack in bullet-proof glass. The oppressive emptiness of the room seemed to swallow the noise up and spit it out a dozen times louder than it really was. The source was a young woman, sat with a novel and a mug of tea alone in the bar room.

She admitted she was more than slightly surprised at its emptiness. So much for the 'gold standard' of entertainment. People clearly had better things to do.

But that was often the case. Maybe they had jobs? She really ought to get one of those. It was all fine and well to mooch around poking interesting things with a magical stick, but something had to pay the rent...

Claire Voyance lifted her eyes from her book to Theo as he entered, raising an eyebrow at the man. "I honestly haven't a clue." the bookish girl replied, shrugging.

"It's been like this for a while. I think there's at least one worker in the back, but you'll need to ring the bell if you want their attention." she added.

Claire Voyance took Theo's hand somewhat reticently, shaking it briefly before returning it to her lap. "Merchant of death? Sounds dramatic." she commented idly. "And as far as I'm aware, nobody's particularly interested in murdering or harming me. I haven't done much to make enemies, anyway."

The girl rolled her shoulders in shrug. "I try to keep out of things like that these days. I'm sorely outclassed in this city."

"I'm aware that some people are not particularly rational." Claire said, quirking a half smile. "But I do not have the money to pay for a bodyguard. I merely rely upon my wits and limited abilities to not get caught up by such brutes."

The witch lifted her wand, "I am a witch, so I am not entirely helpless. And I do tend to avoid here when it is more busy, but in its current state of emptiness? It seems safe enough."

Taken aback by the development, Claire blinked. And there she'd thought that this would just be a temporary distraction from boredom. "Voodoo? I've never looked into it, but I've heard about it. It seems interesting, for certain. I'd be glad to learn more about it, and I'm sure I can do the job without an extensive knowledge. Arranging merchandise isn't the most in depth task. "I would recommend getting a decorator in. I can't imagine many customers are drawn by your shop's aesthetics." Claire pointed out with a chuckle.

Claire was impressed by the interior of the apparent tardis shop, "Well, it's certainly a drastic contrast -- though my point stands about the aesthetics of the exterior."

The witch examined the books curiously, "That's certainly an interesting specialisation. I'm sure it makes a lot of things a lot more interesting." she said, smirking.

"What exactly am I to do? Is it just dealing with customers, or do I have other secretary-like tasks to perform?"

The witch gestured at the empty shop "Possibly more employees if we expand, and" she turned to gesture outside "A more attractive exterior. It's all fine and well having a specialised customer base, but if we can attract window shoppers it'll bring profits up."
