A decent looking woman, She has vibrant Smalt blue (Dark powder blue) eyes, with a soft ring of gray within them, short cropped shoulder length hair of raven. She keeps her hair style in a most unique style; having her bangs hang down to her brow on the left side and on the right she has taken up a small que of her noble background, Three braided bangs that hang to the right side of her face with solid golden decorative hair pieces that bear her family's Seal. Her features are well kempt, her eyebrows are kept arched.

Most would guess she was younger, due to her "Baby face" but she is 200 years old, having lived in Soul Society all her life. Her face is youthful and round, although she has a smooth, wide oval shape to her face. Her nose small nose fits her face well (Although she thinks it's too small) but her smile is radiant, as her hygiene is important (And Narutsuchi usually forces her to keep it up, even though she does so naturally.) Her frame is small, but she has a sleek build of slender muscles. She has a fitting bosom (Although she wishes it were large) leading down to her slim torso and thighs. Her calves aren't large, but they are powerful, giving hints to her agile body, and the end is her small dainty feet and hands, which she usually keeps her fingernails short and well taken care of.

She has a special tattoo that spans her right shoulder blade, given to her by 4th Division Vice Captain Idania daughter of Yakov of dark springs. This tattoo acts as channel for her dormant reiatsu, giving her a colossal boost of power, and regulating the overall control of her reiatsu.

In soul society, she wears a Standard Shihakushō with a white shitagi, a black kosode & fitted black pants instead of the typical hakama, with the sides of the pants open down to her upper thigh to increase the air flow to her body and to allow the sunlight to warm her thighs. Along with this she wears a white hakama-himo and wajaji. Underneath her clothes, her wrist all the way up to her forearm are wrapped in bandages, as cosmetic as they maybe, she fortifies them with reiatsu so she can use them like a shield of sorts.

In the human world, she wears a fitted black dress skirt, a long Blue fleece scarf with tails that hangs to her upper thigh, and black tennis shoes. Other than that her style of dress was normal for humans, matching the seasons normally.

Strengths: She in a very calm and cool person, and rarely panics. She is masterful in Hakuda and she has what most would call a "Iron Will."

Itsuse is a calm & collected person, keeping a level head under most stress, outspoken only when she is annoyed or in the presence of friends. She is proper & well spoken with a soft voice that cold be warm enough to melt one's heart or cold enough to freeze the blood. She is a cheerful, optimistic person with a bright smile and a breaking frown. Although gentle in nature, she could be shocking in anger like a rose that transforms into a dragon when crossed. She is easily annoyed by those who are capable of intelligence, but act foolish just because they can.

She has Arachnophobia, being deathly scared of spiders of any kind (even running from a lower class hollow while in training because it resembled a spider.) Everyone knows this fact and some find it funny enough to pull pranks against her, even though they face her wrath afterward.

She is calculative, gathering as much information on an opponent as possible, being a averagely smart woman. She studies philosophy in her free time, often using quotes to pass her knowledge to others. Among her hobbies of drawing, fishing, and dodgeball, she enjoys Instrumental music.

She is a playful soul, preferring to relax over work any day. She enjoys a good hot bath anytime. On can usually find her in the 5th Division Bathhouse.

Narutsuchi (Singing Earth)

Narutsuchi (Physical Manifestation)

Narutsuchi takes the form a beautiful youthful girl, seeming to be around the same build physically as Itsuse herself. She has stark black hair that falls to her lower spine, left freely cascading and flowing. Her deep Gambode eyes are eerie and frightening, yet they add to her spine tingling beauty. She wears the finest silken Shinto kimono of a Cream color with Ebony black trim with elegant Cream & Ivory Cherry Blossom flowers adorning the Ebony Obimakura flowing from a Ivory Obi tied with a drum bow. On her feet are Black Geta sandals. Narutsuchi is a polite, calm spirit, often reciting quotes (Much like Itsuse herself) although she does poke fun at Itsuse because of her fear of spiders. The special bond that Narutsuchi & Itsuse share allow Narutsuchi to take over Itsuse's body as if it were her own and effectively use every ability and skill Itsuse possesses. This ability formed from Itsuse's deathly fear of spiders, and it can be used until Itsuse regains herself. A callsign of Itsuse in this state of possession is the changing of her eyes from their regular liquid blue to a gamboge orange. This ability can be used to fight Illusions, Mind Control, and any other forms of mental or psychological attack.

Abilities:

Although she seems lady like & gentle natured, her strength is truly frightening to behold, as she could easily take Itsuse bare handed while she was using her Bankai. Her speed is astonishing, easily having kept up with shunpo without a second thought. She can even use all of her forms: Sealed, Shikai, and Bankai form along with all of its abilities, as in manipulation of sound and air with just her hands and body alone.

Sealed Form (Normal):

Zanpakuto...a "Soul Cutter." Weapon of a Shinigami. Itsuse's is no different, it can kill & save lives; vanquish evil & relish good. Narutsuchi in its sealed formed is a Nodachi of 4.5ft from pommel to tip It has a gamboge hilt with a dragon engraved on it's pommel.

The handguard of Narutsuchi is perfect circle with four semi circles cut out of it all symmetrical to each other as well as a circular area cut out of the inner area of the handguard. It is silver in color and has beautiful engraving along the outer edge of the guard.

The blade itself is well taken care of, gleaming in the light with its liquid silver-like mirrored blade. Elegant engraving along the unbladed side of the sword gives the sword a prestigious yet serene look to it. She usually wears the blade across her back using a single black strap.

Special Ability:

Kakushi Boisu (Hidden Voice)
This is a technique that can be used in any of Narutsuchi's forms, and it allows Itsuse to direct her voice to anyone she chooses. To the perceived eye, it looks as if she isn't talking at all, much like a ventriloquist. This allows her to plan ambush attacks as well as plan escape routes, she can even confuse enemies with it.

Gasshou no Goze (Chorus of the Blind)
By charging reiatsu into Narutsuchi and stabbing her into the ground. The blade will pulse the reiatsu outward allowing Itsuse to track opponents via the pulsing reiatsu vibration through the ground and air. This acts as almost a six sense, considering that Itsuse and Narutsuchi can communicate instantly. A downside to this is the fact that Narutsuchi, must remain in the ground. ((Usable in all forms))

Shikai (Phrase to activate: Teishou "Hum")

With the utterance of "Teishou" Itsuse raises the blade above her head, and spins it is a circle; the blade glows a stark white; a soft ringing heard as it assumes its shikai form.

In her hands remains a rather odd looking blade, looking almost like a longbow in shape. The blade is 4.5 ft long from tip to tip, with 3 slits set along the front edge of the blade, 1 inch away form each other in width; the first of the three the long and the rest decrease in length. This allows the manipulating of sound as well as allow reiatsu to be forced passed the slits and make it vibrate. They also cause the blade to "Whistle" when swung. The back edge of the blade from it's top point to the section where the hilt starts has a very elegant engraving along it, the same as it's sealed form. This allows the manipulating of sound as well as causing the blade to "Whistle" when swung.

The hilt of the blade in placed along the back edge of the blade, precisely one foot away from the bottom tip of the blade, with a curved space cut out in front of the blade to allow Itsuse's hand room to maneuver and even spin the blade.

Both tips of the blade can be used to stab and impale enemies. Just under the hilt of the blade hangs a silvery ring on a silver 2ft chain, exactly 4 inches in diameter. The ring can be grabbed and held onto as well and used to swing the blade itself like a chained weapon, increasing it's overall range

--Abilites--

Merodi no Suima (Melody of the Sandman)
Itsuse takes her blade (In shikai form only) and holds it facing downward in front of her. By sweeping her reiatsu through the slits of the blade, Narutsuchi can release a powerful single tone that can put those around her into a temporary paralysis just as long as she is standing still. This technique doesn't effect Itsuse at all but it can effect her allies as well as enemies.

Gouon Kaze (Roaring Wind)
Channeling reiatsu into the blade & releasing it upon slashing, it would erupt forward in a gamboge orange hued sound wave slash compressed with reiatsu that carries a tremendous force, depending on the amount of reiastu used.

Ishibiya no Voyevoda (Ancient Cannon or the Warlord)
Channeling a burst of reiatsu through her blade, she would flip it as if she was going to strike with the back of her blade, releasing the reiastu to create a powerful gust of wind that hit as hard as cannonballs or harder, depending on the amount of reiastu channeled.

Yari no Voyevoda (Spear of the warlord)
Stabbing Narutsuchi into the ground, Itsuse pulses her reiatsu through the blade to cause a vibration that causes controllable spikes of earth to erupt from any surface as long as there is earth available to use-I.E., Soil, Sand ((Sand will make for glass spikes)), dirt, mud..etc (Can only be used on the ground, the length they can extend is infinite, but Narutsuchi must be stabbed in the ground and Itsuse's hand must be touching it. Also the speed of the spikes are rather slow.)

Teppeki (Iron Wall)
Stabbing Narutsuchi into the ground, Itsuse channels reiastu into ground, causing a thick wall of earth to rise anywhere she wills it. The wall it fortified with reiastu and is extremely strong if the reiatsu is channeled/charged for a longer amount of time.

Bankai: Narutsuchi Gouzengunbatsu (Singing Earth Roaring Warlord)

"Bankai...the ultimate form of the soul cutter.." Upon the utterance of the word, Itsuse would flip the blade to place the back of it along her forearm horizontally as a blinding white light bursts forth from her body, cratering the ground with such a massive Reiastu. As the light died down she would be wearing a pair of Pure White Cestus that extend down to just before her elbows. Behind her a Silvery gleaming ring, 4ft in size, would float behind her form, the pure color similar to her blade in its sealed form. The ring constantly emits a low humming as if it were singing, being able to channel reiastu into earthshattering blast of air sound, as well as manipulate earth into any form she wills.

Upon releasing her Bankai, she is garbed in a fitted Gamboge Kimono with black sakura flowers adorning it. The kimono is shortened and prepped for combat, tied closed with a black obi. On her feet are regular wajaji.

In her hair is a extremely elegant comb hairpiece that is the same gleam as the ring that float behind her.

Bankai Abilities:

With her Bankai, Itsuse can freely control the earth (Sand, Mud, Dirt, Soil) Creating any shape or form, her mind will. Along with controlling earth, she can control sound as well. creating slashing winds or powerful blunt gust.

Odama Gouon Kaze (Great Roaring Wind)
Channeling reiatsu into the blade & releasing it upon attacking, it would erupt forward in a gamboge orange hued sound wave slash compressed with reiatsu that carries a tremendous force, depending on the amount of reiastu used.

Ikimi no Voyevoda (Body of the Warlord)
The most powerful ability of her Bankai, Itsuse channels colossal amounts reiatsu into her body, causing a deep vibration that stimulates a tenfold increase temporary in her agility, strength, reaction time, sensory, and speed. The downsize to this technique amount of reiatsu it consumes and the strain on her body. ((Can't be used more than twice or she will blackout immediately after.))

Standard Skills

Swordsmanship (斬術, zanjutsu; Cutting Technique)
One if the most used form of combat among Shinigami. As the name suggests, it involves using a Zanpakutō and its various special abilities to attack an opponent. In addition to its basic form, each Zanpakutō has two enhanced forms: Shikai (始解, Initial Release) and Bankai (卍解, Final Release), which change the sword's form to unlock its potential and that of its user.

Hand-to-hand combat (白打, hakuda; lit. white hits) is not elaborated upon by most shinigami. Physical strength and skill is determined by this class. It seems to be a combination of several martial arts. Itsuse is a master of Hand to Hand combat having trained extensively because of her lesser grasp of Kido. She prefers hand to hand most of the time, being efficient enough to deliver messages to the Detention Unit.

Agility (歩法, hohō; lit. step method)
An important skill for most Shinigami, and is very similar to the Sonído used by Arrancar. Though never stated clearly it most likely relates to the Shinigami ability to walk on air using spiritual power. By collecting and solidifying Reishi beneath their feet, Shinigami can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. She is well versed in hoho, but not a masterful.

Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps), a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[2]. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time

Reiryoku (霊力, Spiritual Power) is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user. It is used by Shinigami to provide power for their various feats and to effectively channel the powers of their Zanpakutō. It can also be used to cast Kidō, magic spells created by the Shinigami. Reiryoku can even be coalesced into a physical form and thrown or shot as a projectile. As a display of potency, spiritual beings have the ability to incapacitate the opponent's movement and simultaneously frighten them, by means of dispersing Reiryoku into the air.

Reiatsu (霊圧, Spiritual Pressure) is the physical force/pressure that a person’s Reiryoku creates when released. Most Shinigami and Arrancar, even Quincies and Bounts can manipulate the release of their reiatsu. Itsuse's reiatsu is a Smalt blue in color with a soft inner glow of Isabelline.

Itsuse can use her focus reiatsu to harden her skin, and effectively protect herself from attacks. She can effective deflect many attacks with her bare hands. She can also use her reiatsu to attack, and she can even paralyze with just her stare.

Kidō (鬼道, "demon way", or "spirit way") is one of the four basic Shinigami combat forms

There are three main types of Kidō: binding spells, destruction spells, and healing spells. Itsuse is the weakest in terms of kido.

* Bakudō (Binding spells): are a broad category of defensive spells which block or repel attacks or freezes enemies in place.

* Hadō (Destructive spells): refer to offensive spells which harm an enemy or cause damage.

History

She is the 1st born of the Noble Sanada Family. Her childhood was learning, Training, and Knowledge. She took after her father most of all; although the Sanada Family did not establish a tradition of inheritance of a Division like most noble families did, Aeri Sanada was once Captain of the 13th Division of the Gotei 13. He was a playful, but honorable man and he and his wife, Adel Sanada was a soft spoken, but firey woman.

The two of them raised Itsuse well, teaching her the skills that they knew and had mastered, she learned, but she eventually came onto her own through personal training and self exploration. She was taken into the shinigami Academy to learn and experience more.

She studied at the Shinōreijutsuin for 3 years, learning the arts and skills required to be a shinigami. She excelled in close range combat and Hohō, but her kido abilities were lacking slightly. With another year of training to hone her close combat abilities, she began to hear humming...Narutsuchi first spoke to her as she was meditating and they have been talking ever since.

With her relentless training and practice, she soon obtained use of Narutsuchi's shikai form; within' just a half a year worth of training, wearing deadweights, practicing shunpo and Hohō, and having nothing but Kido only battles, she was able to master it completely and use it as a true extension of herself. Upon hearing of her leap in such a short time, the Captain Commander had her pulled from the Shinōreijutsuin in order to train privately within' the Onmitsukidō to bring her to perfection. Although she trained within' the ranks of Onmitsukidō, she was placed into the Gotei 13's 5th Division as a seated officer, and soon her training and earlier work for the Gotei 13 paid off; she was promoted to Vice Captain of the 5th Division. Her hoped were high as she continued to learn and train her to become even better at what was still her weakest area of combat, Kido.

On a routine assignment in the human world, her team was attacked by hollows in a public. She was suddenly crippled with fear the moment she saw the hollow, as all of them resembled a spider in some way. She panicked and immediately froze, unable to fight even to defend her own life. Her team protected her well, and fended well for themselves, still trying to reach her. Even Narutschi's singing couldn't pull her from terror. As the hollows proceeded with devouring her comrades, they were saved by her captain. Little did she know, it was a test. The hollow were created by the 12th Division; the project was sanctioned by the Captain Commander on request of her captain, to rid her of her fear. She vowed in tears to her captain to become stronger and conquer her greatest fear, making a vow to become a captain some day. For now she trained with Narutsuchi, and many 5th Division members to master she fears and to gain the use of her Bankai.

She was sent to train with the 11th Division to hone her raw fighting skills, considering the 11th Division is a Division combat heavy division. While training her and the current 11th Division Vice Captain, William Rob, and they formed a sibling like bond of sorts.

She still works with the Onmitsukidō from time to time, keeping her skills sharp, as well as working in the Detention center, due to her hand to hand combat prowess. She spent days guarding the detention center and fighting with her Hakuda skills to keep the inmates under control. She formed a relationship with alot of inmates, though they were quite vicious, leading to her breaking bones and bruising alot of prisoners faces on a daily basis.

She was the first to experience the power of a "Hollow Yokai" She was put in the infirmary after being dusted off by it's raw power. After waking a week later. She gave her report to the Captain Commander, she request a month of time to train in the Menos Forest to become stronger. After the training, her skills and abilities had increased many times over and she seemed to even mature a little bit more, both in personality and appearance.

Her new gained skills developed raw unbridled strength and power within' her small form. Her overall style had become primal and wild, she had grew so much in one month and she had in fact gained use of her Bankai by forcing Narutsuchi to submit to her power, at that moment Narutsuchi and Itsuse had become one and the same. They had grown to respect each other. Upon returning to soul society after training, she was given the news that her Captain had sacrificed himself to contain a crippling explosion. Shortly after grieving, she requested her captain's proficiency test and had 4th Division Vice Captain Idan, and 10th Division Captain Fujiko Gozen, and the entire 5th Division as witnesses to her feat of Bankai and the right of passage to become 5th Division Captain.
