Margaret Maddox: Former leader of the Invictus' UK branch and a former member of the Invictus' high command. She now controls The Lost, an Invictus splinter faction.

Uniform/Colors: The Lost, like The Invictus, do not have one uniform, allowing each of their members to wear whatever makes them more comfortable or effective in and out of combat situations. In order to identify each other they often sport the colors green and black or green and white as well as the Welsh dragon.

Weapons: The Lost use a variety of weapons. Almost all of them designed to slay all manner of creature, tear through many forms of armor, and take all kinds of ammunition they can. Including but not limited to UV rounds for nightwalking vampires, silver bullets, explosive rounds, hollow tips, and energy projectiles. Because of this and their violent nature the Lost is very dangerous with weapons at their disposal.

The Lost death squad tried standing their ground , but the shockwave was too much for most of them. For those that could withstand it they her hit by flying bodies or tables and sent to the floor. "We need something better!" One of the female soldiers shouted to her allies. "We've got nothing. Wasn't expecting this." Another Lost soldier responded, "Focus fire on that one and the ceiling."

All of the weapons from those who weren't too injured to stand and fight were aimed at Raphael, a few Lost soldiers entering from the side alley discreetly as possible. They made their way to the staircase. Intending to head up for some reason.

"Best we retreat. Tell Maddox about this." One of the death squad soldiers suggested, figuring it best to quit while they were ahead and instead give their leader valuable information. The soldiers made a tactical retreat, making sure they drug and carried their wounded out to their vans.

Though those that had gone upstairs would not follow, carefully they were busy planting devices around the upper levels of the bar. The chaos made it far too easy for them to carrry out their orders.

"We hoped you would fight. We needed a challenge." One of the men said, both of the men removing what appeared to be batons from their person and holding them out in front of themselves. Simultaneously the batons would seem to elongate into staffs.

Once the shots were fired only one of the cloaked men evaded them, charging ahead at an almost inhuman speed at the group of soldiers. He would swing his staff at the soldiers, any hit would notice that the collision caused a spark of electricty and would find their shields useless for at least ten seconds as a result of possible interference.

The other cloaked man was sent flying back, his armor protecting him for the most part. But once his body slammed to the ground he was rattled and would need some time to get back into the fight.

The cloaked men all found themselves sent to the ground, their armor was strong. But it couldn't keep their feet planted on the ground once they were hit by the Tech Con weapons. The men scrambled quickly to regain their footing and launch another attack until their allies could get into position. One of the men soon found a knife jammed into his cheek, pausing to try to figure out what to do.

Seconds later he dropped, the blood loss and pain overwhelming him.

They stood, still ready to fight even though it seemed they would be defeated without more of their allies inside the bar to even out the numbers with their Aschen enemies. But not far from the bar were three spacecraft similiar to the Reverence, all of them exposing themselves to their enemy. They were smaller in size than a Reverence but design was obviously based on one.

The three craft opened fire on the Reverence in the sky, their weapons together were likely a problem for the Reverence's crew unless they were good enough to defeat the three crafts or were smart enough to retreat.

The cloaked men were all blown to hell, the few that survived were far too injured to get up and fight. It would seem they had lost this battle, but evidenced by the fighting outside it seemed the fight was just getting started.

The Lost spacecraft that had been attacking the Reverence found their own shields being decimated, one of the ships taking physical damage and spiraling out of control. It's pilots did it's best to crash in the slums, an area that wasn't very populated, as opposed to the main city streets.

The other two crafts continued to open fire on the Reverence, hoping that they could stay in the air for a few minutes long to do some significant damage to it.

Almost as if on cue several large trucks bearing the Welsh dragon arrived. They looked a lot like bank trunks, but once the back doors opened something far more sinister than normal soldiers arrived. A present from the infamous Blackjack, at least one hundred hulking reptile-like creatures filed out onto the streets.

Their aggression from either being cooped up like slaves was the reason they proceeded to destroy what they could see or they were just plain assholes.

"Everyone, fall back!" A soldier shouted, prompting the rest of the soliders to retreat away from the windows. Many of them finding themselves caught by the napalm. "These men must not have done their research." Maddox said, "Is Amir on his way?" She asked as she retreated towards the staircase with ther rest of her surviving soldiers.

"Arriving now." It was with that three space-faring gunships began to approach from the west of Wing City. They didn't seem to wait until they were very close to open fire on the Reverance. Their weapons firing a blue beam of energy. It was more than capable of doing damage to the Reverance once it eventually got through it's shield, but it was three of the beams at the same time.

They seemed to amplify eachother, putting much stress on the enemy ship's shields.

Liam's grey van moved down the street, the Irish gangster's eyes scanning the area of the street they moved down. The police and other law enforcement were busy taking of the roads after those zombie things showed up. This was the perfect time for Liam to send a message.

"The Lost, the fellas that Colin is with, they're meetin' us at the corner. Some chink grocery opened up around here." Liam told the other men in the van.

The vehicle neared the mentioned corner, three black trucks parked in a single row sitting in wait for the Irishmen to arrive. "Pull up." Liam told the van's driver, the van coming up to get beside the trucks.

The sliding doors on the van opened, men from the first truck tossing a few black bags through the truck window into the van. The van moved up, the same happening at the second van. A quick glimpse of an assault rifle from inside a bag being seen by anyone paying attention.

It was clear something was going down.

There sitting on the street corner, much like the bum he was, was the American X with his ragged dirt covered brown jacket and messy blue jeans. His face unkempt at best and his thick straight black hair spiked out randomly like he had just woken up from bed. But of course that wasn't the truth as this strange individual didn't have a bed-- just a old thrown out couch in a makeshift home under the overpass.

But despite his appearances he was no one to trifle with, and he had made himself known to some small gangs in wing city. The man who wore a flag of a long forgotten nation like a mask and whose fist hit as hard as a mad bull. And here he was eyeing the strange looking vans that didn't look like the kind the police or military have been driving since the zomborg attacks. No, these vans were the usual vehicles that were driven by those in well organized criminal empires. Especially with the black bag going from hand to hand with the men coming out, and a brief glimpse of a high-powered assault weapon was all American X needed to see. Probable cause was all this vigilante needed to end a few lives.

American X opened up his jacket, his black bullet vest covered his bare chest, and checked the inside pocket for his iconic revolver. A .44 colt with an american flag. Six bullets were in the chamber and this was the only gun he usually carried, but he was sure that a few of those thugs wouldn't miss a few of their weapons once they were dead.

The homeless wall of a man stood up and walked over to the group. Holding a dirty american flag bandana in one hand and reaching out his other hand to gasp the shoulder of one of the men in the group.

"Could you spare just a little something, sir?" he asked, his voice low and gruff.

Aneres Coreveon wasn't dressed as obscurely as she would have liked to believe. The shimmering white kimono-style overlayer embroidered with golden moons down the sleeves, the long-hemmed fringe coming to rest just above the hemline of golden bell-bottoms. Beneath was a plain white top. A golden chain poked out from the collar but the rest of it was tucked beneath the shirt.

There was nothing Aneres could do about the bodyguards who followed her, but she had grown used to that to some degree. At least they let her style them at this point. It made everyone's job easier.

Aneres flicked golden braids to look one way up the street, then the other, then back again. A grunt from one of the bodyguards signaled that it was alright to cross. Halfway across the street she felt a slight tremor of energy. The bodyguards picked up their pace and hurried Aneres across. She didn't protest. They came to stop a stone's throw from a mercedes, a man perched atop the back.

"Did you feel that?" Aneres asked the man, half looking down her nose despite the fact that he was literally seated higher up than where she stood. Her tone wasn't pretentious but there was something about it that dripped with royalty.

"Bristol, very nice to meet you," Aneres extended her own hand and delicately gripped his. She frowned upon hearing that he didn't know what it was either.
